Crackpot Gourmet keys. Our hand-chopped
ingredients are mixed in small batches, using
a minimum of pectin to produce soft-set
preserves that maintain the luscious character
of the fruit. And, in the case of our front-yard
fig tree, hand-picked. It's a small operation,
so yes, it's hands-on.
